As is well-known, the users’ board workshop aims at involving a wider audience of experts and potential software users, in order to get feedback on whether the progress made will actually satisfy future stakeholders and customers.

On this occasion, the workshop will be held in Autumn 2020 and will take the form of an online webinar. The project is now dealing with the Living Labs’ implementation and the discussion will mainly focus on the validation of real cases and data provided by different companies. Thus, the workshop essentially aims at receiving external and independent feedback on the results achieved so far, so as to objectively verify whether the software will be able to meet the business needs of the future users’ community.
